All authentication is performed via Google Auth Single‑Sign‑On (SSO). We do not store your Google password; we only receive the authentication token and the basic profile information (email/username) that Google shares with us. 

3. How We Use Your Information 

We use the collected data for the following purposes: 

     Account Management = To create, maintain, and secure your user account.  
     Service Delivery = To provision, configure, and operate the infrastructure you manage through our platform.  
     Security & Fraud Prevention = To detect, investigate, and prevent unauthorized access, abuse, or other security incidents.  
     Support & Communication = To respond to support requests and send service‑related notifications (e.g., password resets, system updates).  
     Analytics & Improvement = To analyze usage patterns and improve the functionality, performance, and user experience of the Service.
     

We do not use your personal information for marketing, advertising, or any purpose unrelated to the operation of the Service unless you expressly consent.

    IP Addresses = Retained for up to 90 days for security and troubleshooting purposes, unless a longer period is required by law.  
    Username / Google Account ID = Retained for the lifetime of your account. If you delete your account, the identifier will be removed within 30 days.  
    Site-Configuration Data = Retained as long as you maintain an active account, or as needed to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, or enforce our agreements.
     

When data is no longer required, we will securely delete or anonymize it. 

6. Security 

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal information against loss, theft, unauthorized access, disclosure, copying, use, or modification. Security measures include: 

    Encrypted transmission (TLS) for all data exchanged with the Service.  
    Secure storage of data in reputable cloud providers with ISO/IEC 27001 certified infrastructure.  
    Regular vulnerability assessments and penetration testing.  
    Role‑based access controls limiting employee access to the minimum necessary.
     

While we strive to protect your data, no security system is fool proof. We cannot guarantee absolute security. 

7. Your Rights 

Under PIPEDA and Ontario privacy legislation, you have the following rights: 

     Access = Request a copy of the personal information we hold about you.  
     Correction = Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete personal information.  
     Deletion = Request the deletion of your personal information, subject to legal and contractual constraints.

We ensure that such transfers are protected by contractual clauses that provide a comparable level of protection to that required under Canadian law.
